Description
Cozmo Prema Lock in the 40mm size offers a heavy-duty, double-locking option for everyday storage. Use it with a compatible hasp, staple or locking point. It is a practical choice when replacing an existing lock or adding a closure to a storage area.
Choose your lock by checking the fitting as well as the listed size. The opening must accept the shackle and allow enough space for it to move. Also, make sure you can reach the lock easily once it is fitted.
Cozmo Prema Lock Features
This model combines the Cozmo Prema design with double locking. The 40mm size identifies this version within the range. As a result, you can distinguish it from larger models when ordering a replacement.

Choosing the Right Fit
For cupboards, storage boxes or lockers, first check that the existing hardware accepts this type of lock. These are possible applications where the fitting is compatible.
Measure the available space around the locking point before ordering. Then check the shackle clearance needed for your setup. The listed 40mm size alone does not confirm that clearance.
If you are replacing a lock, compare the old fitting with the new one. This helps you avoid choosing a model that is too large or too small for the opening.
